Black Market Flea is a carefully curated event. We seek out the most unique, Black-owned brands that go the extra mile to provide quality signature products with purpose and creativity!
Due to our moderate capacity, we have a limit on how many vendors we approve within the same product category each month. We may also not approve vendors for the following reasons: the website or socials provided do not give a clear or accurate representation of products, products are inappropriate for certain age groups, products/services may not be sanitary for the event, products go against our zero-tolerance policy, or the products simply do not align with the curation of Black Market Flea.
A standard vendor space is 10’x10’. An approved applicant can choose to purchase additional space via the payment page on the vendor application.
Vendors are required to bring all non-prohibited items needed to set up their booth as they envision!Vendors must also provide proof of insurance for their booth/business that covers the event day. Please see the vendor application for more information on insurance requirements.
All food and beverage vendors must procure health permits in agreement with the Department of Public Health’s protocols. All non-truck vendors must provide Temporary Food Facility applications, which will be reviewed for approval. Please see the vendor application for more information on insurance requirements.
If you are approved to vend but have yet to submit payment, you are not yet confirmed as a vendor and there is a need to reach out to withdraw your application. If you have already submitted your payment, we have a 24-hour full refund policy for applicants.
